By purchasing anything from the SME MC store, you agree to the terms listed below.
All purchases and donations help support SME MC, including server hosting, backups, updates, events, prizes, and future development.
Purchases are considered donations with optional in-game or Discord perks given as a thank-you.
All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable.
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in your perks being removed and may lead to a ban from SME MC services.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and any other required information during checkout.
SME MC is not responsible for perks being sent to the wrong account because of incorrect information entered by the buyer.
We do not transfer supporter ranks or donation perks between accounts.
Make sure you are purchasing for the correct Minecraft account before donating. If you lose access to your account, change accounts, or buy the rank for the wrong account, the rank will not be moved.
Accounts that are compromised, hacked, stolen, or accessed that is NOT the owner of the account is not permitted to use SME MC services.
SME MC may temporarily or permanently ban, restrict, or suspend an account if there is reason to believe it has been compromised or hacked. This may be done to protect the account owner, the server, and other players.
SME MC is not responsible for losses, purchases, ranks, items, progress, or other account-related consequences resulting from a compromised or hacked account.
Account security is the responsibility of the account owner. You should use appropriate security measures, including a secure password.
Supporter ranks are a way to show that you support SME MC and help keep the server running.
Supporter is not a staff rank, admin rank, or a rank that places you above normal players.
Supporter does not give you special treatment, immunity, or permission to break rules.
Supporters are treated the same as normal players when it comes to rule breaking.
Buying a supporter rank does not give you permission to cheat, exploit bugs, harass players, bypass punishments, abuse perks, or ignore staff instructions.
If a supporter breaks the rules, they may be punished the same way as any other player.
SME MC may change, remove, replace, or adjust perks at any time.
This may happen because of server updates, balancing, plugin changes, EULA compliance, bugs, abuse, or other server needs.
SME MC may go offline for maintenance, updates, crashes, hosting issues, resets, or other reasons.
Purchasing a rank or perk does not guarantee the server will always be online.
If you are banned, muted, blacklisted, or otherwise punished, you are not entitled to a refund.
Punishments are handled based on server rules, not donation status.
Opening a chargeback, dispute, or claim without contacting SME MC first may result in your purchased perks being removed.
It may also result in your account being banned from the server and store.
